How ? Let me help you to gently get out of your comfort zone with some meditation, exercise to reconnect with humans, stretching, esctatic danse, breathwork (circular conscious breathing), journaling, and/or relaxation.
Finished with a sharing time of our experience around a Homemade synergy Kombucha purified and energize with bio energy healing + 432 hz frequency !
When ? Your choice of Mondays, or Sundays breathwork classe (5 visits).
Ending every last sunday of the month with a counselling, follow up group meeting. To agreed with our goal for the next steps.
